Business Cards

Business cards are an easy way to quickly promote your business, no matter where you are! We recommend using Canva to create your business cards and other networking materials (such as flyers, coupons, etc.) because they offer easy-to -use templates that look professional. They offer a free account option, which can be helpful for small businesses.


To get started, click here to create your account. Once you've created your account, follow the steps below to create your Business Cards.

1. Templates


Using a template is the easiest place to begin! Canva has created hundreds of choices that you can search by keywords, colors, professions, styles, and themes.


2. Personalize It!


Once you choose your first design, you will want to personalize it! When creating a Business Card, your goal is to create something that reflects you and your business. Creating several designs is a great idea!
Ways to personalize:

  1. Add your logo.
  2. Don't forget to add ways to contact you- links to your profile page and social media links.
  3. Make it clear what you do!
  4. Try different colors, icons, and templates.
  5. Add a QR code that links to your profile page
  6. Use both sides of the card.

3. Order Your Cards

Once you have finished creating your cards, you have a few choices:

  1. If you have access to a printer, print your cards. **Note: this is a Free option!
  2. Download your card design as a PDF, JPG, or PNG file. You can take this file to a local shop for printing, such as FedEx or a print shop. **Note: this is a Free option!
  3. Order your cards through Canva. Select the 'Print Your Business Cards' button in the top right corner. Once you have completed the details, your cards will be delivered!
